Complaint Redressal Process

Client queries/complaints may arise due to lack of understanding or a deficiency in the service experienced by clients. A deficiency of service may include lack of explanation, clarifications, or understanding, which can escalate into shortfalls in the expected delivery standards—either due to inadequacy of available facilities or the attitude of staff towards clients.

  3. Escalation to Investment Adviser

    If you do not receive a response within 10 business days of contacting the Client Servicing Team, you may escalate your complaint to the Investment Adviser by writing to [email protected]. You can expect a reply within 10 business days after escalation.

  4. Further Escalation to SEBI

    In case you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge your grievance with SEBI at https://scores.sebi.gov.in/ or write to any SEBI office.

    SCORES may also be accessed through the SCORES mobile application, which can be downloaded here: SCORES App on Google Play.

  5. ODR Portal (Online Dispute Resolution)

    If still unsatisfied with the response, you may access the ODR Portal.

    Attention is drawn to SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/OIAE/OIAE_IAD-1/P/CIR/2023/131 dated July 31, 2023, on “Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market.”

    The common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”) harnesses conciliation and online arbitration for resolving disputes in the Indian Securities Market.
